Request deletion of your account and data

Use the form below to ask us to delete your BigPetPal account or data. You can also email privacy@bigpetpal.com.

What happens next

1. We confirm we have received your request by email.
2. We verify that you are the account holder.
3. We delete the account, the children's profiles, the conversation history and the voice recordings (or, if you asked, just the one child's profile and their data).
4. We email you when it is done.

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Some records are kept where the law requires, such as billing records for tax.
