You stay in control
Everything your child's pet does, you decide. Everything it hears, you can see.
They do the talking. You hold the account and set the boundaries and see everything that happens inside it. Here is what you can change.
Set how long, and how often
Choose a daily minute limit, a daily session limit, or both. Leave either blank and there is no limit on it.
When your child reaches the limit, the pet tells them it is time for a rest in words a young child takes well, and the app closes the session gently rather than cutting them off mid-sentence.
Shape who the pet is
You choose your child's pet, give it a name, and set the tone it speaks in. You tell it what your child is interested in, what they are like, and what matters to them at the moment.
Change any of it whenever you want. The pet picks it up in the next conversation.
Approve what the pet remembers
As they chat, the pet notices things about your child. A friend's name. A pet at home. Something they love.
You decide what it keeps. Each new thing the pet has learned is shown to you, and you approve it or reject it. Anything you reject is never used, and it will not be raised again. Anything nobody confirms expires on its own.
Most products decide this for you. We think it is yours to decide.
Read and hear every conversation
Every chat is there in full: the transcript of what both of them said, a short plain-English summary, and the audio of your child's own voice.
Not a sample, not the highlights. All of it, for as long as your account is open.
Get told when something matters
After each conversation, it is checked for anything a parent would want to know about. If something serious comes up, we email you, and it appears in your dashboard showing what was said, why it was flagged and how serious it looked.
The check runs once the conversation has finished rather than while it is happening, so think of it as a second pair of eyes rather than someone listening in.
Change how the pet listens
Turn push-to-talk on so your child holds a button while speaking, or off so the pet listens for them to start. Turn captions on so the words appear on screen as the pet speaks, which some children prefer and early readers enjoy.
Bring in another adult
Invite another parent, a grandparent or a carer. They can see the profile, the conversations and the safety alerts.
The account stays yours. Only you can change settings, add or remove a child, or close the account.
Remove anything, any time
Delete a single thing the pet remembered, a whole child profile, or your entire account. When you delete a profile, the conversations, summaries, safety alerts and voice recordings go with it.
You never have to ask us, and you never have to explain.
